Kaia Manzi Resort Boating Holidays. Kaia Manzi Resort is situated at the Bronkhorstspruit Dam, and is the perfect resort for boat owners. The resort gives access to the dam for boating and fishing. There are picnic spots on the banks of the dam, with braai facilities and a swimming pool. The Bronkhorstspruit dam is a clean, healthy dam, where various bass-fishing clubs host their competitions. We are 60 minute’s drive from Johannesburg, Pretoria and Witbank.
Kaia Manzi Resort Boating Holidays – Accommodation. Kaia Manzi is a resort with various accommodation options, including camping, self catering units and guesthouse rooms. There is a restaurant that also caters for any kind of small reception like reunions, conferences and other special events.

We only accept Day Visitors under the following Conditions:
You have to have a boat in your group
No vehicle with six occupants or more are allowed.
Guests of Weekenders (max 4 visitors per unit rented)
Kaia Manzi Resort Boating Holidays – Accommodation:
- Guesthouse Room with Kitchen: sleeps 4, one room units with a king size bed and a bunker bed, a bathroom with shower, kitchen and BBQ area.
- Guesthouse Standard Room: sleeps 2, rooms all have on suite bathrooms with showers. No kitchen with only basic coffee and tea making facilities.
- Conferences: two conference rooms that can handle as much as 50 delegates at once. Both these conference room rentals are inclusive of the following equipment: TV/ Video combination, Flip Charts, White Boards, Data Projector & Water, peppermints, coffee & tea
- Functions: smaller functions for groups up to 80 persons
