Mega Books in Faerie Glen is one of the biggest second-hand book stores in South Africa, and offers a wide selection of books for the whole family, in many languages, including English and Afrikaans. The store provides over 2km of bookshelves for keen readers to browse through at their leisure. The owner, Earl Carr, has been in the business for over 13 years, and says visitors become more like friends than customers.
