Shiora Pilates and Wellness Centre is situated in Magalieskruin, Pretoria North. Pilates classes are worked out according to your own personal needs and goals. Equipment used during the sessions include the Reformer, Cadillac, Wunda chair and Spine Corrector. Some mat exercises as well as stretches will also be used.
